Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that during periods of high order volume or unforeseen postal service disruptions, there may be slight delays. However, we proactively communicate with our customers via email and WhatsApp to provide updates regarding their orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Delivery Timeframe: Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
- No Local Delivery: We do not offer local delivery services at this time.
- No In-Store Pickup: We currently do not support in-store pickups.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries, including Europe, Canada, and Australia.

- International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
International Returns
If you wish to return an order from outside the United States, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your product. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service and send the tracking details to info@mkadiusa.com for processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@mkadiusa.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some shipping carriers may have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes. Please check with your selected courier before placing your order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund minus the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- A photo of the damaged item
