Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed.

Refunds
