At Mkadi, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalized items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
